School to School Support

We can offer a range of bespoke opportunities for support your school or setting. We understand that every school is different and has different needs and we seek to work alongside our partners to draft programmes of support that meet need.

  • Parental Engagement

We work creatively to ensure that we are connecting with even the hardest to reach parents positively. We offer a half day session sharing best practice and providing templates and examples which will support this critical aspect of ensuring that schools and parents are working in genuine partnership.

  • SEND

In the context of rising SEND demands, we recognise the importance of inclusive practise. We offer training which explores supportive and responsive provision underpinned by clear systems, structures and pedagogy as well as the opportunity to see high quality provision in practise.

  • Pupil Voice. Are We Listening?

As well as a very active schools council we have embedded a range of innovative ways to make sure that pupil voice is at the centre of our curriculum. This half day would allow you to see first hand what we do and take away a pack resources and ideas to support your next steps.

  • Expert Practitioners

We offer curriculum support and review for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 and whole school development in Modern Foreign Languages, Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Science, History, Art and Design, Computing, PSHE and Sustainability. Sessions will be facilitated by an outstanding, experienced leader and bespoke to individual need as either a half day or day on one of our school sites.

  • Supportive Review

We provide a tailored one day review of school leadership, management and teaching to provide an overall evaluation of your school’s achievements based on a comprehensive understanding of Ofsted requirements including lesson visits, meetings with pupils and staff, and scrutiny of planning and books, meetings with senior leaders, subject leaders, classroom staff, review of key documentation, guidance on how to improve curriculum implementation, evaluation of the overall quality of education, leadership and management and behaviour, safety and wellbeing of pupils. A written report will be provided following the review.

  • Language for Leaders

We have an established leadership development programme suitable for middle leaders new to a phase leadership role or senior leadership role. Over three one hour sessions key themes are explored including leading by example and evaluating priorities (making and acting on evidence-informed decisions), undertaking identified support and improving outcomes for pupils through tangible impact, making sure that impact is sustained.

  • Headteacher coaching & mentoring

Our partnership schools are in all in areas of high challenge and undergone a transformative journey of success as a result of highly effective leadership at all levels.
